Premier customer care service “Smartphone Secure Remote Support”
launched with RemoteCall + mobile pack
NTT DoCoMo Inc. is one of the greatest share carriers in Japan that provides support to all smartphone products by using Rsupport’s RemoteCall + mobile pack solution. NTT DoCoMo offers all their wireless customers support remotely with their premier customer care service “Smartphone Secure Remote Support” using RemoteCall + mobile pack. When customers are having a difficult time operating their smartphone, the support representative can provide support remotely by viewing the customers screen and taking control as if they have the phone in their hand.
“Smartphone Secure Remote Support” launched in March of 2012; all NTT DoCoMo released smart phones have RemoteCall + mobile pack pre-installed, despite having a paid service. During the first 21 months of the release, NTT DoCoMo’s customer base reached five million people.
