With the release of RemoteX on 15 October 2007, RemoteCall for Skype will no longer be supported.

Please note that RemoteX is not an update for RemoteCall for Skype, but a completely new application. We have made it smaller, quicker and easier to use.

To quote Oscar Goldman, "Better. Faster. Stronger."

We of course provide complete support for this new Skype Extra on our RemoteX page. Here you can find the user guide, the application for download, Skype links and any other helpful hints our team and our users can pass along.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Before installing RemoteX, please be sure to uninstall RemoteCall for Skype from your computer.

To do this:

1. Open the Control Panel
2. Select Add/Remove Programs
3. Select RemoteCall for Skype
4. Click Remove or Uninstall
5. Then verify that it has been removed from Skype

You can verify this by doing the following:

1. Open Skype and click Tools > Do More > Organize
2. Check to see that RemoteCall for Skype is not listed
3. If it is listed, click Menu > Uninstall

You can now install RemoteX.
