This is RemoteCall, your trusted remote support solution — connecting anyone, anywhere, with ease.
To provide better service, we will be performing an update according to the schedule below.
During this time, service access may be temporarily unstable. Please refer to the following details.
Update Summary
  • Schedule: May 27, 2026 (Wed), 18:30 - May 28, 2026 (Thu), 03:00 (KST)
  • Target: RemoteCall SaaS service
  • Note: The update will be carried out without service interruption for Korea and Japan services. However, the Korea backup/relay server will be temporarily suspended during the update.
Main Updates
1. Enhanced Web Viewer Support for Multi-Monitor Environments
  • Customers using multiple monitors can be viewed and supported on a single screen.
  • Supports up to 4 monitors in macOS environments and up to 5 monitors in Windows environments, which is recommended.
2. Improved Convenience for Web Viewer and Application Viewer / Dedicated Agent in macOS Environments
  • A waiting screen will be provided before the support session is connected in the Web Viewer and Application Viewer.
  • A macOS host permission setting pop-up will be provided to help customers understand the required permission settings and prevent unnecessary re-execution.
3. Others
  • A settings guide and permission reset pop-up will be provided to disable “Advanced Mode” on Android 17.
  • SMS message security will be enhanced.
  • Other bug fixes will be applied.
