Update Summary
Schedule: February 24, 2026 (Tue) 18:30 – February 25, 2026 (Wed) 04:00 (KST)
Target: RemoteCall SaaS service
Note: The update will proceed without service interruption in Korea, Japan, and all global regions. (Korea bypass server will be temporarily suspended during the update.)
Main Updates
1. Web Viewer
You can now set a profile image via: Web Viewer (top right) > Profile > My Info
(Choose a default image or upload your own image.)
For customers with a Video Support license, the counselor’s PIP image will be linked and applied as the profile image.
2. Others
File transfer speed between the RemoteCall agent and host has been improved (Windows OS).
Additional bug fixes and feature enhancements have been implemented.
