We are pleased to announce a scheduled update aimed at enhancing your experience with RemoteCall.

  • Services impacted: RemoteCall SaaS
Main Update
  • 1. Enhanced Security Policy
    • New password level: Introduced a 'Strongest' password level, aligned with national cybersecurity statndards.
    • Password guidelines will be enforced more strictly.
  • 2. Web Remote Support
    • Custom branding for dedicated URLs: Customize the logo and waiting screen text on the Viewer.
    • Session log button (optional): Choose to display the Session Log button at the end of the support session.
  • 3. Mobile Support
    • Android security update: Automatically block potential security threats, in accordance with [Google's Device Admin deprecation policy.]
    • - New supported devices as follows: iPhone 16e, iPadAir 11"(M3), 13"(M3), iPad(A16).
  • 4. General Improvements
    • - Various performance and stability enhancements to ensure a smoother experience.
