Update Overview
- Scheduled Date & Time: Tuesday, August 19, 2025, 18:30 ~ Wednesday, August 20, 2025, 04:00 (KST)
- Affected Service: RemoteCall SaaS service
- Note: The update will proceed without service interruption in Korea/Japan. (The Korea bypass server will be temporarily suspended during the update.)
Main Update Details
1. New Features
- Web remote support is now available as an SDK. Existing customers will need admin settings configured, so please contact your sales representative if you wish to use it.
- During web remote support sessions, both agents and customers can now use the *pause* feature. This is available for customers using Windows, macOS, and Android.
- The voice chat feature from the dedicated agent is now available on more operating systems. Customers using macOS, Android, and iOS/iPadOS can also use voice chat.
- 113366.com has been redesigned for a better look. Customers currently using custom templates will continue using their existing ones. The new template also supports customization.
2. Feature Improvements
- When logging in for web remote support, information on concurrent user count will be displayed (only if a concurrent user limit is set).
- When requesting location access during video support, if the customer's device has location services turned off, both the agent and the customer will now receive relevant guidance.
3. Additional Improvements and Stabilization
