Schedule: November 25 (Tue) 18:30 – November 26 (Wed) 04:00 (KST)
Target: RemoteCall SaaS service
Note: The update will be performed without downtime for Korea, Japan, and Global services. (However, the Korea relay server will be temporarily suspended during the process.)
Main Updates
1. Common
Dormant account conversion feature added (can only be reactivated by an administrator).
2. Web Viewer
The customer consent process shown during recording has been simplified
File sharing is now available during live video support sessions.
3. Mobile
Screen navigation menu added when remote control starts (latest update required).
“Uninstall” option available upon session end (Android).
Mouse scroll function now supported during mobile control (Android).
Order of permission prompts adjusted for smoother access (Android).
Added a notification when switching between window and video mode on iPadOS 26.
