We are delighted to announce an updating update to RemoteCall SaaS as follows, to elevate your remote support experience. We kindly ask for your patience as there may be temporary service disruptions during the update.

Main Update
  • 1. Enhanced Mobile Device Accessibility
    • Mobile support is now extended to devices with Sony OS7 or higher.
      *For unsupported devices, an app installation guide will be provided. Please install the app to enable control of these devices.
  • 2. Password History Removal
    • Password history is no longer displayed in User Details on the Admin page. This ensures a highly secure remote session without exposing personal information.
  • 3. Bluetooth Microphone Function
    • Bluetooth microphones are now supported for voice calls during remote sessions with Agent.
  • 4. Functionality Improvements
    • The file transfer stability issue during remote sessions with Agent.
    • The visibility issues with Chrome, Edge, Notepad, File Explorer, and Paint in the process list during remote sessions with Agent on Windows.
    • The issue of inability to disable mouse chase.
    • The issue of browser screen zooming in when accessing pages on Chrome.
    • Various other functionality errors have been addressed and revised.
With these updates, RemoteCall has further enhanced user convenience across various areas.
