Hi, this is RemoteCall Team.
We will soon be updating RemoteCall SaaS as follows to serve you better and take your remote support to the next level. We ask for your kind understanding as there may be temporary service disruptions during the update.
  • Date: 19:30 Thursday, November 16 until 03:00 Friday, November 17, 2023 (KST)
Main Update
  • 1. [Web Remote Support] File Transfer
    • Send files up to 1GB on the Web version ( during remote support between support agent and customer.
  • 2. [Web Remote Support] Voice Chat
    • Support agent can now use voice chat when providng remote support on customer's computers and mobile.

      *Service not available on macOS

  • 3. [Web Remote Support] Screen Recording
    • Record support agent's screen with screen recording extension for Chrome/Edge/Whale.

      *To enable recording, go to the Administrators tab.

      *Screen recording cannot be used without installing the extension.

    • Additionally, recording is disabled when sharing a support agent's screen or a Chromebook screen.
  • 4. New/Changed OS Support
    • Mobile support is now available on iOS 17, thus the supported iOS versions have been updated from iOS 13-16 to iOS 14-17.
    • Mobile support is also available for macOS 14, thus the supported macOS versions have been updated from 10.15-13 to macOS 11-14.
  • 5. Others
    • Improved the Mobile Assistant SDK app and its features
    • Allow changing the default skin
    • Provide more reliable remote support in response to security vulnerability issues
    • Fix other errors and boost performance
RemoteCall has further improved the user convenience in various areas with these updates.
